She has worked on celebrities and has been featured as a skin care expert on Fox 5 San Diego News. Katie treats her skin care practice in a holistic mind-body-soul-skin connection way.   • It is best to wait at least 2 weeks before getting any type of facial treatment after receiving injectables.

  • Time can vary based on the depth of the peel or micro channeling treatment. I recommend clients refrain from heavy cardio activities that could bring heat or heavy sweating to the skin anywhere from 5-14 days or until the skin does not feel any more sensitivity. Light walking or mild activities are ok as long as the skin does not heat up or sweat.
